The Best Raw Chocolate Pudding


This simple recipe is full of nutrition and oh so delicious. It is rich in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6 and Riboflavin.

1 large ripe avocado

1 ripe banana

4 tablespoons raw cacao powder

3 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave nectar or any other liquid sweetener (optional)

Pinch of salt



Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process till the mixture is smooth and evenly mixed. Spoon puddinginto serving cups and refrigerate for half an hour. That's it!
