Open food products are not returnable. However, if you have a complaint about a product, please call us at 1-805-581-7078or email us at [email protected] so that we can be sure you are satisfied. If you purchased additional unopened products on that shipment, you may return the unused product and container within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will issue you a full refund, minus the original shipping and handling charge. If you purchased a case of product, we will have you return the unopened product, and refund the unopened product. If you have received the product during the course of the auto-ship program, you may receive a refund for unopened product only and you must return the unopened and sealed FEEL GOOD INC. DESSERTS containers of that last shipment within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will issue you a refund for that minus the original shipping and handling charge. You must have an Order Number from FEEL GOOD INC. DESSERTS to make a return. To obtain a Order Number, please look on your Invoice First. If you cannot find it please email us at [email protected] . You may also call Customer Service at 805-581-7078. Please be sure to include your name and order number in your email.
We will not accept or process for refund any packages marked "Return to Sender." Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number. The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.
A $5 processing fee may be applied to certain returns.

If you return the product without following the return procedure set forth above, and if we are able to identify you as the sender, you will be responsible for paying for the product that you return and FEEL GOOD INC. DESSERTS may bill you accordingly.
How long will it take to process returns?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 14 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your credit card company or its bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the credit card company or its bank posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by “FEEL GOOD INC. DESSERTS."
Is the product guaranteed?
FEEL GOOD INC. DESSERTS supports the products offered through our website with our 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused product and FEEL GOOD INC. DESSERTS containers within 30 days from the date it was shipped and you will not be billed for the shipment.
