Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the dry ingredients together
1 3/4 cup Almond Flour, 1/4 cup Cassava Flour, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Salt
Melt the coconut oil over low heat on the stove
Add in the wet ingredients. Mix it together well.
1/4 cup Maple Syrup, 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (Melted), 1/2 tsp Almond Flavouring
Now add in the water and mix again.
1 tbsp Water
Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips.
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
Scoop out in 1 tbsp measurements and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow 5 minutes to cool, then enjoy!
